Job Summary

Own the core marketing operating system by shaping a scalable PMO that synchronizes planning, governance, and delivery across teams, enabling cross-functional initiatives and clear visibility into execution.

  • Own the Marketing PMO vision, strategy, and roadmap to elevate planning, prioritization, and execution across the marketing org.
  • Coordinate enterprise planning cadences and cross-functional reviews to improve transparency and decision-making.
  • Harmonize workflows and governance across teams to reduce friction and accelerate delivery.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the Marketing PMO vision, strategy, and roadmap, building scalable operating models, governance, and delivery frameworks that lift planning, prioritization, resource management, and execution across the marketing org.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing PMO team while driving operational excellence across marketing.
  • Drive Enterprise Marketing Planning & Integrated Operations: Oversee quarterly and campaign planning, roadmap management, and cross-functional prioritization to align objectives and resources.
  • Connect Marketing Ways of Working Across Teams: Harmonize workflows and operating rhythms across PMM, Creative & Content, Communications, Channel Marketing, Growth & Engagement, Events, and others with scalable processes and intake systems.
  • Partner Cross-Functionally to Drive Strategic Execution: Serve as an operational partner across business, product & technology, finance, legal, operations, and customer service to lead cross-functional initiatives and address risks and gaps.
  • Optimize Tools, Reporting & Operational Visibility: Own the work management stack (Asana and related tools), and develop dashboards, KPIs, templates, playbooks, and AI-enabled workflows for visibility and scalability.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, PMO, Program Management, Business Operations, or related fields
  • 3–5 years of people leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams
  • Proven success leading and scaling PMO or operational functions within fast-paced, matrixed organizations
  • Deep understanding of integrated marketing organizations, campaign operations, GTM planning, and cross-functional execution
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator, systems thinker, and change leader with experience aligning stakeholders in high-growth environments
  • Demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional programs with competing priorities and translating data into actionable recommendations
  • Expertise with work management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Workfront, Smartsheet, Airtable, or similar platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Preferred

  • PMP, Agile certification, advanced degree, or equivalent operational leadership experience
