Responsibilities

• Own the planning and prioritization of website projects and vendor onboarding for existing teams resulting from acquisitions. Identify marketing integrations risks, dependencies, resource constraints.
• Develop and execute marketing onboarding plans to ensure a smooth transition for new practices joining Hightower and Hightower Signature Wealth.
• Own Hightower's marketing technology ecosystem, including platform strategy, vendor management, contract oversight, budget tracking.
• Identifying opportunities to improve martech capabilities through AI, automation and process optimization.
• Partner with Product, Platform & Innovation, Compliance, and other cross-functional teams to evaluate, implement, and optimize marketing technologies that enhance the advisor and client experience.
• Develop scalable processes and governance that drive consistent adoption of marketing tools and best practices across Hightower and Hightower Signature Wealth advisor teams.
• Oversee the intake, prioritization, and resolution of marketing support requests, ensuring timely delivery and a consistent advisor experience.
• Partner with Marketing leadership to optimize planning, resource allocation, and execution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or growth marketing within the financial services industry or a related field
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a high-performing team
• Experience with digital marketing channels, analytics, and performance-tracking tools (Hubspot experience strongly preferred)
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements within the financial services industry
• The ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and new marketing technologies
