Responsibilities

• Own, evolve and lead execution of the loyalty vision and roadmap across Creamery, mobile app, email, digital platforms, and Consumer Relations to build long term relationships and repeat engagement.
• Define operating model and strategy, align Marketing, Martech, and DTC to deliver a clear roadmap with cadence and governance.
• Balance strategic leadership and hands-on execution, influence product and channel direction, and make tradeoffs for loyalty impact and brand health.
• Lead brand-led experiential programming that goes beyond incentives to deepen emotional connection and fan devotion.
• Drive activation across touchpoints including email, Creamery/DTC, mobile app, web, social, and consumer relations.
• Own campaign development, launch planning, and ongoing optimization for loyalty initiatives across channels.
• Own key loyalty and brand health metrics such as engagement, trust, retention, repeat rate, and customer lifetime value.
• Manage annual budgets for loyalty, email marketing, and Consumer Relations (CTLC).
• Set priorities and tradeoffs across loyalty initiatives to create clarity and momentum in a cross functional environment.
• Define ways of working, operating cadence, and decision frameworks to ensure speed and accountability in execution.
