Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own demand generation from concept to pipeline impact across channels.
  • Drive integrated campaigns across email, content, paid, web, events, and emerging channels.
  • Build and iterate on positioning and messaging for ICPs like AppSec, DevOps, and cloud security.
  • Set and hold a high creative bar with sharp copy and premium design.
  • Experiment relentlessly; test quickly and kill what isn’t working.
  • Manage marketing tech stack and reporting, bias toward HubSpot for attribution.
  • Partner with Sales and SDRs to ensure qualified pipeline and traceable revenue.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of B2B growth marketing or demand generation, with at least 2 years in Series A/B building the function.
  • Proven pipeline impact with specific campaigns, revenue outcomes, and learnings.
  • Deep experience in technical B2B markets (security, DevOps, cloud, AppSec, or adjacent tools).
  • Strong copywriting and messaging instincts with a library of effective hooks.
  • Eye for design and ability to push creative to a premium standard.
  • Owner mentality: manage multiple workstreams, close loops, and take initiative.
  • Fluency with AI tools and LLMs to accelerate output and scale capacity.

Preferred

  • Direct experience marketing to security personas (CISOs, AppSec engineers, DevSecOps teams).
  • HubSpot power-user experience, including attribution, lifecycle management, and reporting.
  • Experience building or scaling ABM programs at an early-stage company.
  • Exposure to PLG or product-assisted growth alongside traditional demand gen.
