Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The Senior Manager of Digital Marketing is responsible for leading digital strategy and execution across both business divisions—Homecare (B2C) and Research (B2B)—to drive engagement, lead generation, and conversion.
  • This role oversees the organization’s digital ecosystem including websites, digital campaigns, and social media, ensuring alignment with division-specific marketing strategies and overall business growth objectives.
  • Reporting into Marketing leadership, this role partners closely with Marketing Communications and Marketing Operations to translate strategic priorities into high-performing digital programs.
  • The Senior Manager leads website strategy and optimization efforts, advances digital capability maturity, and manages the Social Media Specialist to expand brand presence, engagement, and audience targeting across platforms.
  • Serve as the functional and technical owner of HubSpot Marketing Hub, leading implementation, administration, optimization, governance, documentation, and user enablement.
  • Translate business and marketing requirements into scalable HubSpot solutions, including segmentation, forms, landing pages, workflows, automation, lead management, nurture programs, customer journeys, and reporting.
  • Partner with Marketing Leadership, IT, and Salesforce stakeholders to manage the HubSpot roadmap, platform integrations, data synchronization, testing, security, privacy, troubleshooting, and vendor support.
  • Oversee integrations among HubSpot, Salesforce, corporate websites, analytics, advertising, webinar, event, and other approved marketing platforms, ensuring reliable data flow and system performance.
  • Establish and maintain platform standards, permissions, templates, naming conventions, quality controls, and change-management practices that support consistent and scalable execution.
  • Monitor platform health, data quality, deliverability, consent management, integration performance, and campaign execution, proactively resolving risks and issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, information systems, communications, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of progressive digital marketing experience, including responsibility for digital strategy, marketing technology, and channel execution.
  • Deep expertise with HubSpot Marketing Hub, including implementation, administration, automation, segmentation, reporting, customer journeys, and platform governance with a strong understanding of CRM connectivity, data integrity, and lead management processes.
  • Proven experience partnering with IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to implement, support, and continuously improve marketing technology platforms.
  • Strong experience leading website strategy, user experience optimization, digital advertising, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and digital performance measurement.
  • Experience managing digital agencies, technology vendors, and/or in-house digital marketing teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish KPIs, analyze performance data, and drive continuous improvement through optimization and testing.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
