Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage paid campaigns, including Google Ads, and SEO/AEO/GEO strategies.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and a willingness to stay current as the digital landscape continues to evolve.
  • Oversee NDSS' website strategy, governance, budget, and continuous improvement.
  • Design and implement NDSS’ email marketing and automation strategy.
  • Ensure consistency of brand, messaging, and visual identity across websites and email.
  • Support the development and execution of the organization-wide communications and marketing plan(s).
  • Partner with departments to identify, evaluate, and prioritize digital opportunities.
  • Monitor engagement, analyze trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Lead the development and optimization of website, email, and paid media strategies to support organizational goals including UX and UI.
  • Establish and monitor digital performance metrics and provide reports and recommendations based on audience engagement data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in a nonprofit, education, or mission-driven organization
  • Demonstrated success managing campaigns across digital, print, and multimedia platforms
  • Supervisory experience with the ability to manage and motivate staff and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated experience with website and SEO/AEO/GEO
  • Proven ability to design and execute integrated campaigns that achieve measurable results
  • Proficiency with marketing and communications platforms
  • Knowledge of tracking and monitoring systems like GA4
