Responsibilities

• Demand Generation Strategy - Develop and execute demand generation activations aligned to company growth objectives.
• Demand Generation Strategy - Oversee marketing-sourced and -influenced pipeline targets across multiple business lines.
• Demand Generation Strategy - Build cohesive customer journeys that drive awareness, engagement, lead generation, and pipeline creation.
• Demand Generation Strategy - Partner with Sales and Business Unit teams to align marketing investments to business priorities.
• Growth Marketing & Inbound Demand - Own inbound demand generation strategy and execution.
• Growth Marketing & Inbound Demand - Develop and optimize programs across paid, organic, partner, event, and lifecycle channels.
• Growth Marketing & Inbound Demand - Identify opportunities to increase website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Growth Marketing & Inbound Demand - Build scalable acquisition and nurture programs that move prospects through the funnel.
• Performance Marketing & Campaign Execution - Own and directly run paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, and other digital acquisition channels, executed hands-on in-house today, and directed through external agencies as paid volume scales beyond internal capacity .
• Performance Marketing & Campaign Execution - Optimize media investment to maximize pipeline and revenue impact.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of generating measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
• Experience managing integrated demand generation programs across multiple channels.
• Hands-on experience managing and building campaigns in Linkedin Campaign Manager and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of lead progression and account progression metrics, attribution, conversion optimizationand marketing analytics.
• Experience partnering closely with sales organizations.
• Project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms (Pardot/Salesforce Account Engagement preferred).
• Comfortable using AI as a core productivity and growth tool in daily work.

Preferred

• Experience with ABM programs and account-based targeting strategies.
• Experience managing paid media budgets and external agencies.
• Experience in SaaS, financial services, marketplaces, energy, environmental commodities, sustainability or related industries.
• Experience with content syndication programs and networks.
• Experience applying AI to marketing and GTM workflows, including content development, audience research, campaign optimization, reporting, sales enablement, and process automation.
