Job Summary

Own and drive multi-client enterprise marketing programs with P&L oversight, leading cross-functional teams and agency partners to plan and execute omnichannel campaigns and ensure on-time delivery and measurable results.

  • Campaign leadership: align strategy, calendars, and execution across channels for enterprise clients.
  • Team and vendor governance: manage direct reports and external partners to deliver quality campaigns.
  • Stakeholder communication: provide status, results, and recommendations to sales, leadership, and clients with clear written updates.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Works with the sales team, Account Managers, Directors and Vice President of Client Success to research and lead omnichannel marketing strategies and implementation plans for multiple client campaigns and maps out tasks needed to implement those strategies.
  • Leads accounts that are considered enterprise accounts for 1D and works directly with counterparts in the Moore organization.
  • Has P&L responsibility for managed accounts.
  • May have 1-3 team members as direct reports with roll up responsibility for their client projects.
  • Ensures clients and management are satisfied with proposed marketing campaigns and results.
  • Coordinates client meetings and collaborates with copywriters, graphic designers, digital vendors, and others to create integrated marketing content.
  • Conceptualizes, creates, and manages campaign implementation calendars and scheduling deadlines ensuring projects stay on time and on track.
  • Contributes to the creation of marketing campaign budgets and ensures that all staff adhere to them.
  • Maintains an up-to-date understanding of the company, its products, vendors, and client base to implement effective marketing campaigns.
  • Communicates effectively with excellent writing skills across multiple writing styles, including emails, proposals, statements of work, document editing, PowerPoint decks and briefs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7+ years of work experience in an agency setting, managing marketing and advertising.
  • Experience in directing and leading a team to create, guide and align brand messaging strategy across all communications including, but not limited to website and social media, public and media relations, internal communications, and program collateral.
  • Knowledge and background in full suite of marketing tactics to include digital, advertising creation, purchasing and placement, and creative development that delivers measurable results.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required, without the need for sponsorship.
  • 3+ years of experience executing influencer campaigns for nonprofit, advocacy, social-impact, or purpose-driven brands, either at an agency or in-house.
  • Experience building client-facing decks using Google Slides, Canva, or PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including experience communicating with mission-driven clients and creator partners.

Preferred

  • Understanding of fundraising and communications for nonprofits is highly desired.
  • Experience in brand development, media tactics and knowledge of digital advertising strategies is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with creators on campaigns tied to fundraising, advocacy, education, or cause awareness is strongly preferred.
