Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop campaign strategies that balance scale with personalization while delivering tailored messaging across broad, segmented, and targeted account approaches. (1:many, 1:few, and 1:1 motions).
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution to ensure deliverables are accurate, on brand, and on schedule.
  • Collaborate with sales to refine priority account lists and align outreach strategies to acquisition, retention, and expansion goals.
  • Support creation of targeted content and assets aligned to campaign objectives and buyer personas.
  • Utilize marketing automation and CRM platforms to execute campaigns and track engagement.
  • Coordinate timelines, asset production, and stakeholder alignment to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
  • Oversee trafficking and delivery of creative assets to media partners while meeting specifications and deadlines.
  • Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights on engagement and conversion metrics.
  • Manage email marketing efforts, including development of email campaigns and nurture streams.
  • Contribute tactical insights to campaign planning based on performance data and execution experience.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree preferred in a related field.
  • 5 or more years of relevant experience required.
  • Experience developing and executing integrated marketing or account-based marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and client needs.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
