Job Summary

Own global ABM programs for enterprise, turning target accounts, messaging, and content into coordinated multi-channel campaigns with sales alignment and quarterly planning.

  • ABM Campaign Ownership: define target accounts, messaging, channel mix, budget, and KPIs for 1:Few and 1:1 programs.
  • Campaign Craft and Execution: write briefs, inspire cross-functional teams, and deliver content assets that meet objectives.
  • Global Collaboration and Reporting: align with international teams, monitor channel performance, and report trends to Marketing and Sales leadership.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales to understand our target personas, our product differentiators, and our content strategy, using this information to design Marketing campaigns
  • Design account-based marketing campaigns to acquire new logos from enterprise organizations, defining the target account list, messaging, content, channel mix, budget, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for each campaign
  • Partner with international teammates to obtain input on new campaigns and adapt your approach to execute campaigns at a global scale
  • Write campaign briefs that inspire the cross-functional team (e.g., Brand & Creative, Marketing Automation, Marketing Ops, Digital Marketing, Web, Agency Partners, etc.) to deliver compelling creative concepts, assemble innovative tactical plans, craft effective content assets, and meet campaign objectives
  • Provide constructive feedback on campaign creative, ensuring new deliverables speak to the target audience and adhere to channel best practices
  • Understand the role of each marketing channel in the buyer journey, proactively monitoring if channels and tactics are performing at/above benchmark and influencing other teams to optimize areas of underperformance
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Sales to extend your campaigns to our Outbound BDRs, ensuring campaigns are supported with sales plays against our target accounts
  • Provide regular reporting to Marketing and Sales leadership about your campaigns with the goal of communicating overall performance trends and next steps to improve results
  • Contribute to the quarterly planning process for Marketing, partnering with functional teams to allocate budget by marketing channel and forecast leads, pipeline, and revenue

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of Integrated Marketing experience promoting SaaS products to Enterprise orgs
  • Strong background in account-based marketing, especially 1:Few and 1:1 campaigns
  • Proven ability to manage campaigns from strategy to execution to optimization
  • Proven track record of building positive relationships with Marketing and Sales teammates
  • Experience with monitoring and attaining lead, pipeline, and revenue targets
  • Understanding of relevant technology (6Sense, Salesforce, Tableau)
  • Exceptional communication skills (interpersonal, written & verbal)
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to think creatively and quickly to solve problems
