Senior Influencer Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop influencer strategy by brand — channel mix, creator tiers, budget allocation, measurement frameworks
• Build workshop content, creator briefs, creative territories, and platform-native content guidance
• Audit existing programs and deliver clear start-stop-continue recommendations
• Analyze performance across brands and translate findings into actionable strategy
• Present recommendations directly to senior marketing stakeholders
• Manage multiple brand workstreams and keep deliverables on track

Requirements

• 5–8 years in influencer marketing, creator strategy, or social content strategy
• Experience managing multiple brands simultaneously — CPG background a strong plus
• Strong creative instincts — you know what makes creator content work
• Comfortable on client calls and presenting to marketing leaders
• Agency or consultancy background preferred
• Excellent writer who can turn complex ideas into clean, organized materials
• CreatorIQ experience a plus — not required
• Available to start immediately
