Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the domestic and international growth marketing strategy, aligned with company revenue goals and product priorities
  • Translate business objectives into actionable growth plans, campaign and promotions roadmaps, and measurable KPIs
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of growth marketers, providing ongoing feedback, mentorship, and career development
  • Set clear expectations, priorities, and workflows to support high performance and team capacity
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Content, and Product teams to influence roadmap and prioritization
  • Provide vision and direction for the long-term development of international and growth programs
  • Act as key marketing stakeholder for Frontline publisher relations collaboration, alongside Content leadership
  • Own the promotional calendar and oversee planning and execution of domestic and international campaigns across email, in-app messaging, and lifecycle channels
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and optimized for regional performance and revenue impact
  • Establish and maintain best practices for campaign workflows, documentation, & quality assurance

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or performance marketing
  • Proven experience leading international or multi-market marketing programs
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with operational excellence
  • Experience managing or mentoring marketers
  • Deep understanding of email, in-app, and lifecycle marketing channels
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using insights to drive growth decisions
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
