Job Description

Responsibilities

Paid channel strategy and execution across paid social, paid search, job marketplaces, and emerging channels
Landing pages and signup CRO: own conversion rate optimization from ad click through signup
Creative development and testing: own ad copy, creative concepts, and testing framework
Market-level spend allocation: make informed tradeoffs about where to invest
Data-driven top-of-funnel strategy: mine signup, onboarding, and activation data to identify early signals
Cross-functional collaboration on activation: partner with Product, Operations, and Analytics to improve the post-signup funnel
Reporting and dashboards: build and maintain reporting focused on cost per activated Pro, time to first service, and signup-to-first-service
Forecasting partnership: forecast supply needs by market and allocate budget

Requirements

Hands-on at scale. personally managed six- or seven-figure monthly budgets across Google and Meta; build campaigns, analyze data, iterate
In-platform execution; not just managing agencies
Paid social and interrupt marketing experience across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube that drives real outcomes
Conversion-minded: own landing pages and signup flows; CRO ownership
Data-driven strategist: mine data, build reports, weekly course-correct
Experience in building or managing supply-side marketplace growth (bonus)
Ambiguity tolerance: ability to define strategy and build infrastructure in a new channel
AI-native capability to use AI tools for performance optimization

Supply-side marketplace experience (bonus)
Data-driven strategist: ability to mine data to inform top-of-funnel decisions
Builder in ambiguity: comfortable operating without existing playbooks or historical data
AI-native: use of AI tools to generate variants, analyze data, build reports, and mine insights
