Job Summary

Own cross channel growth acquisition including paid search, affiliate, newsletter, and podcast programs, plus reporting and CRO testing across channels.

  • Growth Infrastructure: Own paid search performance, agency management, and ROAS/CAC discipline.
  • Affiliate & Newsletter: Build DTC affiliate program and newsletter strategy to lift new customer share and revenue.
  • Cross-Channel Analytics & Testing: Build performance reporting, surface insights, and run CRO tests across channels.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own paid search performance and agency management, optimizing campaigns against ROAS and CAC goals
  • Lead the DTC affiliate program, growing high-quality partnerships that drive incremental revenue and customer acquisition
  • Own newsletter marketing strategy, increasing the total share of new customers and revenue attributed to this channel
  • Lead podcast advertising efforts in partnership with Performance Marketing Lead, either directly or through external agency management
  • Build cross-channel performance reporting and surface insights that inform growth strategy and optimization priorities
  • Test and scale tactics such as copy, landing pages, and CRO as it relates to these acquisition channels

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of growth or performance marketing experience (DTC / e-commerce strongly preferred); level and experience level will flex with title
  • Hands-on experience managing paid search / Google Ads, either directly or through an agency, with a demonstrated track record on ROAS/CAC
  • Experience owning at least one of: affiliate program management, email/newsletter marketing, or podcast advertising — ideally more than one
  • Comfortable holding agencies and external partners accountable to deliverables and KPIs
  • Analytical: can pull data, build performance reporting, and translate it into channel decisions without needing a dedicated analyst
  • Location: Boston, MA or New York, NY (Hybrid, 3 days/week in-office)
