Responsibilities

Develop ad concepts from customer insights and performance data
Write hooks, scripts, and creative briefs
Recruit, brief, and manage UGC creators
Review footage and give performance feedback
Work with editors to polish ads
Build repeatable production processes
Meta advertising
Shopify merchandising
Landing page optimization
Klaviyo email marketing

Requirements

Have 2-5 years in ecommerce, growth, performance marketing, or creative strategy
Take ownership without waiting to be asked
Enjoy solving problems
Balance creativity with analytical thinking
Write clearly and care deeply about quality
Learn new tools quickly, and get excited about AI
Want increasing responsibility over time
