A fast-growing AI infrastructure company is seeking a Senior Growth Engineer to build full-stack solutions that drive user acquisition, activation, and conversion. This role focuses on end-to-end growth surfaces, including signup, onboarding, and feature experimentation, with direct customer interaction and reporting to the VP of Revenue and Success.

What you will do

• Own growth surfaces end-to-end, including signup, activation, onboarding, and conversion.
• Instrument the funnel, run experiments, and ship changes that move real metrics.
• Build full-stack solutions from the frontend user touchpoints to the backend infrastructure.
• Join customer calls and help close deals alongside the revenue team.
• Focus on scale and enterprise customers.

What we are looking for

• 5 to 12 years of experience as an individual contributor in full-stack growth engineering at an early- or growth-stage startup.
• Proven track record of shipping end-to-end Product-Led Growth (PLG) features (onboarding, activation, upgrade prompts) that measurably moved a metric.
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, Next.js, and Node.js.
• Experience using AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot) as daily infrastructure.
• Portfolio of shipped production code or personal LLM automations/tools.
• Located in the Americas (US, Canada, or Latin America; UTC-3 to UTC-10).
• Current work authorization in your country of residence (no visa sponsorship).
• No pattern of stints under 18 months across recent roles.
• Comfortable in a customer-facing context, including calls, design-partner work, and deal-closing.
