Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching, and developing Brand Ambassadors across the territory
• Managing retail marketing, event marketing, and RSVP Dinner programs
• Driving lead generation performance and marketing production goals
• Recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training top talent
• Monitoring key performance metrics including appointments, leads, conversion rates, and ROI
• Providing field coaching to improve customer engagement and appointment-setting performance
• Ensuring events, retail locations, and marketing programs are properly staffed and executed
• Building relationships with retail partners, event organizers, and community organizations
• Partnering with leadership to develop and execute growth strategies
• Creating a culture of accountability, recognition, teamwork, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience in marketing, sales, lead generation, customer acquisition, events, or related industries
• Experience leading field marketing, event marketing, experiential marketing, retail marketing, canvassing, or promotional teams
• Proven success coaching and developing high-performing teams
• Strong analytical skills and experience managing KPIs and performance metrics
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to organize multiple projects, locations, and priorities simultaneously
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting systems
• Ability to travel regularly throughout Central Pennsylvania
• Availability to support evening and weekend events when needed
