  • Launch and manage the Customer Advisory Board program
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, and Sales to close the loop between content and revenue

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Be the voice of the enterprise customer — develop deep familiarity with how enterprise buyers think, what they read and watch, what they share with their teams, and what earns their trust. Own the program to develop, publish, and distribute a powerful arsenal of customer testimonials.
  • Own Scribe's enterprise customer content engine — set the strategy, develop the content roadmap, and execute against it across every format and channel where the enterprise buyer consumes. (You’ll have support partnering with the Creative Strategists on our Acquisition team to develop some of the channel-specific content.)
  • Launch Scribe's Customer Advisory Board program — curate the right enterprise leaders, make participation genuinely valuable, and stay connected between sessions. These relationships will become your richest source of content and one of Scribe's most powerful trust signals in the market.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Generation and Sales to build the loop between content and revenue — ensuring webinar attendees, CAB participants, and content-sourced leads are routed, scored, and followed up on effectively.
  • Influence pipeline targets — set them, forecast against them, and report on them. You're comfortable in the numbers — MQLs, influenced pipeline, conversion — and you use them to make fast decisions about where to double down and what to kill.

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years in enterprise customer marketing, content marketing, demand generation, or a closely related field with meaningful time focused on enterprise B2B audiences.
  • Proven track record building enterprise customer programs — content, webinars, events — with a portfolio you can point to and say "this influenced qualified pipeline."
  • Experience building or running customer advisory boards, executive engagement programs, or similar high-touch audience programs.
  • Strong analytical instincts — comfortable owning pipeline attribution, setting success metrics, and making fast decisions based on data.
  • Experience working closely with cross functional partners (like Sales, Demand Generation) to route and activate leads from content and events programs.

Benefits

  • - Health, dental, and vision insurance for you and your dependents
  • - Flexible paid time off and company holidays
  • - 401(k)
  • - Paid parental leave
  • - Daily catered lunch (SF office)
  • - Commuter benefits
  • - Home office stipend
  • At Scribe, we celebrate our differences and are committed to creating a workplace where all employees feel supported and empowered to do their best work. Scribe is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
