Job Description

About the Job

RushOrderTees is one of the largest custom apparel platforms in the U.S., and part of a growing portfolio that includes NinjaTransfers.com — the leading B2B source for DTF transfer printing. Together we serve hundreds of thousands of customers, process millions of orders, and send tens of millions of emails annually.

We're looking for a Senior Email Marketing Specialist to join our small, in-house email team and help us keep up with the pace of two high-volume brands. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role — you'll be building flows, shipping campaigns, and keeping our programs running cleanly across Klaviyo and Customer.io.

What You'll Do

  • Help shape email strategy across multiple brands within multiple tools
  • Build and maintain lifecycle flows: welcome, post-purchase, lapse, win-back, loyalty, and sunset
  • Write conditional and personalization logic using ESP templating languages
  • Work with event and profile data to power dynamic email content
  • Build and schedule promotional emails 2x/week and support send-day QA across brands
  • Contribute to the email infrastructure behind our loyalty program
  • Build outreach and re-engagement templates used by Sales and BD teams
  • Analyze flow and campaign performance

What Makes This Role Exciting

  • Collaborate with a tight-knit email team to improve programs across multiple brands
  • Work on high-volume email with tens of millions of sends annually and a large, active customer base
  • Partner with design, strategy, and loyalty teams to ship work that reaches customers daily
  • Join a team that invests in each other — we share what we know, teach, and make each other better
  • Room to grow your craft in a role that blends technical, creative, and analytical work
  • Your work has a direct and visible impact on revenue

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4+ years of hands-on email marketing experience in e-commerce or B2B
  • Strong ESP proficiency with experience in lifecycle flows, segmentation, dynamic content, automation, and sign-up forms
  • Comfortable writing conditional logic and personalization in an ESP templating language
  • Familiar with event and profile data structures — you can navigate a nested object to pull the right value
  • Track record of building and maintaining email programs that run cleanly at scale

Bonus Points

  • Familiarity with tools such as Klaviyo, Customer.io, Shopify, Yotpo, Salesforce, Segment, or similar
  • Analytics and reporting experience (Looker Studio, GA4, Triple Whale, or similar)
  • B2B and B2C email experience
  • Copywriting, image creation, or HTML email troubleshooting

Why RushOrderTees

  • Fast-growing e-commerce company with national brand recognition
  • Opportunity to own and scale email across two distinct brands
  • Collaborative, entrepreneurial team

If you're the kind of email marketer who sees untapped opportunity in a flow and knows how to turn it into growth, we'd love to talk.

Applicants with the ability to be onsite will be considered first.

Printfly Corporation

Printfly is a tech-driven leader in the custom apparel industry, combining speed with craftsmanship to create the best experience available. We are powered by original technology, top-notch talent, and a dedication to surpassing our customers’ expectations. Our company started in 2002 with the founders printing tees in their parents’ garage just to make ends meet. We discovered from the very beginning that our industry was plagued with inconsistent quality, missed deadlines, and low standards for customer service. There was a desperate need for a new perspective; a company that wouldn’t shy away from the difficult and the “impossible”. We accepted any order, at any hour, with any deadline, without ever losing sight of the commitment to our customer. At Printfly, we do much more than just print t-shirts (we’re very proud of that, though)—we are transforming the custom apparel industry with high-performing team members, unwavering commitment to our customers, and cutting-edge technologies. We nurture a printer-first mindset to ensure our customers wholeheartedly love the experience and products we create for them. We’re helping millions of people make lasting memories—and we think that’s amazing. Our foundation is built on constantly evolving and reimagining the process. Our sole focus isn’t on how big of a business we can become. Instead, we focus on things that matter—things like working with the best talent, sound decision making, delivering a second-to-none customer experience, and relentlessly improving every part of our business.
