Own the prospect lifecycle strategy across key funnel stages
Build and optimise persona-led nurture journeys
Strengthen and structure the newsletter programme as a core engagement channel
Align lifecycle communications with demand generation and sales priorities
Execution & Optimisation: Design, build and optimise automated email journeys
Improve engagement and MQL to SQL conversion
Develop and execute an experimentation roadmap
Maintain clear documentation and lifecycle standards
Reporting & Collaboration: Build simple, commercially focused lifecycle reporting
