Job Description

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Execution: Act as the single source of truth and ultimate driver for lifecycle campaigns — architecting the cross-channel strategy based on macro business goals, building out the complex workflows inside Braze, and owning the final data science analytics.
  • Advanced Experimentation Design: Move beyond simple A/B testing. Design, execute, and measure sophisticated Multi-Armed Bandit (MAB) experiments to dynamically optimize content, send-times, and offer allocations based on real-time user feedback loops.
  • Algorithmic Segmentation: Partner with Data Science to leverage behavioral clustering and advanced segmentation models (e.g., RFM, predictive churn, lifetime value modeling) to deliver hyper-personalized user journeys at scale.
  • Lifecycle System Architecture: Design, build, test, and relentlessly iterate on core behavioral flows including user onboarding, activation, churn prevention, and dormancy recovery.
  • CRM as a Product: Approach CRM with a product-management mindset. Think through custom attributes, event nesting, data infrastructure, and user journey edge-cases to ensure our marketing systems scale elegantly alongside our engineering stack.
  • Project & Execution Management: Efficiently manage technical project workflows (JIRA ticket structures, asset pipelines, localization coordination) without losing sight of the macro strategic vision. You can run the train, but you also decide where the tracks are being built.

Requirements

  • Proven Lifecycle Experience: 4+ years of dedicated lifecycle or growth marketing experience in a fast-paced B2C environment (on-demand services, micromobility, marketplace, or mobile-first apps highly preferred). You’ll be able to ar
  • Advanced Statistical & Data Literacy: Strong conceptual and practical comfort with data science methodologies. You should understand the mechanics of exploration vs. exploitation in Multi-Armed Bandits, clustering algorithms (e.g., k-means), and how to measure statistical significance across rolling algorithmic tests.
  • Technical CRM Mastery: Deep, hands-on technical proficiency with enterprise CRM engines (Braze experience is strongly preferred, including familiarity with Liquid personalization, Canvas, API triggers, and Connected Content).
  • The "Quantitative + Creative" Balance: Strong marketing instincts (compelling positioning, user psychology, messaging hierarchies) paired with an analytical mind that lives for conversion rate metrics, cohort retention drops, and user lifetime value (LTV).
  • Data & Analytics Foundation: Strong background in marketing analytics. High proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker) and strong spreadsheet modeling skills. Comfort with SQL is a significant advantage (nice to have) to pull your own datasets and validate raw data streams.
  • Agile Operational Skills: Experience navigating and managing JIRA-style ticketing frameworks to keep cross-functional dependencies aligned across Product, Data Science, and Creative teams.
  • Preferred Experience: 5+ years of dedicated lifecycle or growth marketing experience in a fast-paced B2C environment (on-demand services, micromobility, marketplace, or mobile-first apps highly preferred).
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Operations Research, Business, Economics or related field
  • CRM Expertise, preferably in Braze
  • Nice to have: SQL, Python skills
