Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a rigorous experimentation program across landing pages, PDPs, cart, checkout and post-purchase funnels
  • Develop test hypotheses, manage A/B and multivariate experiments, and apply statistical rigor to analyze results.
  • Translate insights into clear recommendations, next steps, and future test iterations.
  • Maintain a prioritized CRO roadmap aligned with business goals and revenue impact.
  • Own funnel analytics and performance dashboards; partner with analytics teams to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Use GA4, GTM, heatmaps, scroll maps, session recordings, and dashboards to identify friction points and opportunity areas.
  • Quantify test impact through test analysis, statistical validation and ROI modeling.
  • Regularly assess customer behavior to inform UX and content decisions.
  • Partner with UX/design, content, product marketing, acquisition, and dev teams to execute site updates and improvements.
  • Ensure all enhancements follow best practices for usability, accessibility, and mobile-first performance.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in CRO, eCommerce optimization, web analytics, or growth-focused digital roles.
  • Deep hands-on expertise with A/B and multivariate testing tools (Optimizely, Adobe Target, VWO, etc.).
  • Advanced understanding of GA4, GTM, attribution, heatmaps, and behavioral analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills — interpreting funnel data, validating tests, and modeling revenue outcomes.
  • Strong Shopify expertise (2+ years minimum)
  • Understanding of UX, usability principles, visual hierarchy, and user behavior patterns.
  • Highly motivated, proactively driven, and deeply passionate about building best-in-class digital experiences and achieving measurable results.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and urgency to deliver impact.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functionally and present to leadership.
