Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance and advanced coaching on digital advertising and ecommerce, including the development, optimisation, and execution of campaigns across key platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
• Leverage your extensive experience to drive success in both group and 1:1 coaching calls, ensuring members’ strategies are aligned with industry best practices.
• Regularly review client/member accounts and provide proactive digital advertising suggestions and recommendations, either during group calls or through direct outreach.
• Create and refine cutting-edge training content based on real-time trends and performance data.
• Build strong relationships with members by delivering consistent support, conducting in-depth performance reviews, and providing proactive strategic suggestions.
• Keep engagement high through daily interactions on our community platform, support channels, and group coaching calls.
• Work with the Head of USA Coaching to optimize curriculum, develop new resources, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years ‘on the tools’ with digital advertising and ecommerce growth (agency or brand-side).
• Proven success scaling brands with Meta, (with TikTok, and Google Ads as an added bonus)
• Strong analytical mindset. You don’t just run campaigns, you dissect them.
• Exceptional communication skills – you can explain complex strategies in a way that clicks.
• You’re based in the US, and thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable joining calls based in Australia, up to 1 PM Sydney time.
