Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Director of Operations. The Senior Director of Operations will oversee daily business operations, manage cross-functional teams, develop and manage budgets, enhance operational processes, and ensure excellent service delivery. The role requires identifying areas for operational improvement, analyzing performance metrics, and fostering collaboration across departments to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Operations Management, including developing and optimizing systems and processes to enhance efficiency.
• Strong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Experience in Team Management and leadership, with the ability to mentor, guide, and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
• Competence in Budgeting and financial management to monitor and optimize operational costs and resources.
• Strong focus on Customer Service excellence, with the ability to drive initiatives that improve customer satisfaction and operational success.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience in digital transformation projects or regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or insurance is a strong asset.
