Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Own the demand generation engine — social, influencer, content, community, and partnerships — creating the systems that consistently build awareness, engagement, earned conversation, and consumer acquisition
  • Own the content and social strategy — driving how we show up across our owned channels (Instagram, TikTok, email, web) and building a deeply engaged consumer community around the brand, while partnering with creators and performance marketing to turn content into measurable business growth
  • Drive influencer and partnerships strategy — setting direction, making the calls on top-tier partnerships, and building the ambassador and creator ecosystem that makes CMH a brand people talk about, with a strong understanding of creator economics, ambassador programs, affiliate models, and earned-first brand building
  • Lead end-to-end Go-to-Market planning for every product launch and commercial moment — aligning product marketing, creative, PR, influencer, social, retail marketing, and paid media into one integrated 360 campaign
  • Lead fully integrated 360 marketing campaigns that connect brand, social, influencer, PR, retail, paid media, and CRM into one cohesive consumer experience
  • Lead product marketing and storytelling — bring new products to market with positioning, messaging, and narratives that connect each launch to the bigger brand story
  • Partner closely with Sales and Retail to translate commercial priorities into marketing programs that drive sell-through, retail productivity, and retailer partnership growth
  • Develop and support the Sephora marketing playbook — optimizing trade and retail marketing to drive incremental coverage and measurable lift
  • Build the marketing strategy for the pro/professional channel as it expands — with a clear point of view on how we win the stylist community
  • Set and drive the brand and marketing strategy — bringing the brand to life and translating who we are into both newness and a strong, always-on hero product strategy
