Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize our Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts.
• Own our social media presence, including content calendar, posting, and engagement
• Serve as the point person coordinating with our content marketing agency to align messaging and campaigns
• Work side by side with leadership daily to analyze ad performance and improve budget allocation across channels
• Drive down cost-per-lead and increase lead volume from our current advertising spend
• Track and report on campaign performance, lead quality, and ROI
• Be the go-to marketing resource for the company across all channels

Requirements

• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts (required)
• Experience managing business social media accounts and content calendars
• Comfortable analyzing performance data and making budget/strategy recommendations
• Strong communicator who can coordinate with outside agencies and internal leadership
• Self-starter who's organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow into the role
• Experience in home improvement, contracting, or a similar local-services industry is a plus
