Job Summary

Own enterprise thought leadership and executive-communication programs that shape Mindgruve’s POV on AI, analytics, and digital transformation, while coordinating with the CEO and executive team to differentiate the brand at scale.

  • Ownership: enterprise thought leadership strategy, editorial calendar, and executive content across long-form assets and speaking materials.
  • Audience & channels: enterprise buyers, analysts, and investors via white papers, POVs, reports, and executive presentations.
  • Delivery & tooling: leverage AI to accelerate research and production with strong editorial standards; partner with Creative for premium visuals and multimedia.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Growth & Thought Leadership: Develop and execute Mindgruve's enterprise thought leadership strategy across AI, predictive marketing, media, commerce, customer intelligence, business transformation, and emerging technologies.
  • Executive Communications: Serve as the primary architect for executive communications, industry positioning, and long-form thought leadership.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate directly with the CEO and executive leadership team to develop compelling points of view that differentiate Mindgruve in the marketplace.
  • Executive-Quality Content: Produce executive-quality white papers; research reports; industry trend reports; POVs; executive bylined articles; eBooks; case studies; executive presentations; sales enablement materials; customer success stories; analyst and investor content.
  • Thought Leadership Interviews: Interview executives, clients, industry experts, data scientists, engineers, economists, and strategists to develop original, insight-driven content.
  • Narrative Translation: Translate sophisticated AI, technology, predictive analytics, business intelligence, media, and commerce capabilities into compelling business narratives.
  • Visual Storytelling Partnership: Partner closely with Creative to develop premium visual storytelling, including infographics, executive presentations, research reports, interactive content, digital experiences and short form video.
  • Speaking & Webinar Content: Develop keynote presentations, conference speaking materials, webinar content, executive panel discussions, podcast talking points, and media interview preparation.
  • Editorial Calendar Ownership: Own the editorial calendar across all enterprise marketing initiatives.
  • Brand Alignment: Ensure all content aligns with the company's positioning, messaging architecture, and business development priorities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise B2B content marketing, thought leadership, executive communications, or strategic marketing
  • Experience in a comparable leadership role at one or more of the following: leading management consulting firm (such as Deloitte, Accenture, McKinsey, Bain, or BCG), global technology company, top independent media, marketing, or commerce agency, private equity-backed marketing services company, and/or major holding company agency
  • Exceptional writing and editorial capabilities with a portfolio demonstrating executive-level thought leadership
  • Demonstrated experience producing sophisticated long-form content for enterprise audiences
  • Outstanding interviewing, storytelling, and synthesis skills
  • Strong understanding of enterprise marketing, AI, analytics, commerce, media, digital transformation, and customer experience
  • Experience supporting executive speaking engagements, analyst relations, and media opportunities
  • Ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously while maintaining exceptional quality
  • Experience collaborating with designers, researchers, strategists, product leaders, and subject matter experts
