Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own sign-up volume and ARR from digital as your north star metrics, accountable for performance across the full digital acquisition funnel.
  • Build and scale a digital growth engine by connecting Paid Media, Web Experience, and Lifecycle marketing, ensuring consistent messaging, audience segmentation and continuous experimentation
  • Lead the adoption of AI and workflow automation to streamline operations and unlock new opportunities for rapid testing, efficiency and scale
  • Manage and optimize relationships with agencies, publishers, and tech partners to ensure strategic alignment, performance and and innovation
  • Lead paid media strategy and execution across search, social, display, video and programmatic — driving efficient customer acquisition with rigorous focus on CAC, ROAS, and pipeline contribution.
  • Use paid media as a brand-building channel — not just a demand capture tool. Identify the moments, placements, and creative approaches where Klaviyo can break through and be remembered.
  • Define and execute the vision for klaviyo.com as a growth asset, owning conversion rate optimization through continuous A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Own organic search strategy across traditional SEO and AEO, staying ahead of how AI-driven search is reshaping discovery and inbound demand.
  • Oversee lifecycle programs that convert sign-ups to paid customers and expand ARR within the base, including segmented nurture journeys and in-product touchpoints.
  • Set the standard for how digital performance is understood and acted on across the organization — ensuring spend, sign-ups, and ARR are connected and decisions are made with speed and confidence.
