Responsibilities

• Overseeing all creative launches (funnels and ads)
• Working with the marketing coordinator to ensure smooth execution and keep simplifying systems
• Work with media buyers to analyze data & find opportunities
• Work with the marketing data analyst to visualize creative data to align yourself, your team and organization on what matters most and to focus attention on what metrics drives results
• Lead a creative team of 14 people (video editors, designers, junior and senior copywriter, marketing ops manager, content manager, funnel copy chief and ad copy chief)
• Report to head of Growth and CEO on progress of your quarterly key KPI
• Work with media buyers, email manager, affiliate manager, Google media buyer, head of CRO and marketing data analyst
• Organize calls to Align the team on wins & loses

Requirements

• Read 2 books per month
• Work Monday - Saturday,
• Work 10 hours a day
• Attend 4 Quarterly IRL Leadership Off-sites/year
• Attend 2-4 Marketing Events/year
