Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with clinic growth, revenue, and client acquisition goals
- Build integrated campaigns around key aesthetic treatments, services, promotions, and seasonal opportunities
- Develop strategies to increase consultations, treatment bookings, new-client acquisition, and repeat visits
- Identify emerging digital marketing trends and opportunities within the medical aesthetics and beauty industry
- Monitor competitors and market trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth
- Manage monthly marketing priorities, campaign calendars, and promotional schedules
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, and Instagram
- Develop campaigns focused on generating qualified leads and consultation bookings for aesthetic treatments
- Create and test different audiences, ad formats, creative concepts, offers, and messaging
- Manage advertising budgets and continuously optimize campaigns for cost per lead, cost per acquisition, booking rates, and return on ad spend
Requirements
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in medical aesthetics, cosmetic medicine, beauty, wellness, healthcare, dermatology, or a similar consumer-facing industry
- Demonstrated experience managing paid advertising campaigns, particularly Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, local SEO, and keyword research
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Experience managing WordPress or another CMS
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization and lead-generation funnels
- Experience with email marketing and marketing automation
- Strong social media marketing experience, particularly Instagram and Facebook
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable design tools
