Job Description

Own and scale Novo's brand and marketing creative across paid, owned, and product touchpoints, translating growth goals into fast, high-impact visuals and campaigns.

Lead cohesive visual system development and brand identity across campaigns, web, email, and social channels.
Collaborate with Growth to test and optimize ad creative at speed, balancing craft with velocity.
Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate ideation, moodboards, asset variation, and production while maintaining quality.
