Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders across Growth, Product, Marketing, and Operations to define key business questions and deliver actionable insights.
  • Analyze large-scale advertisers, products, and campaign data to identify trends, growth opportunities, and performance drivers across global markets.
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI frameworks to monitor business health and track strategic initiatives.
  • Develop analytical frameworks to evaluate advertisers' acquisition, retention, engagement, monetization, and lifecycle performance.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses, funnel diagnostics, cohort analyses, and experiment readouts to support growth decision-making.
  • Collaborate with data engineering and product teams to improve data quality, instrumentation, and data accessibility.
  • Translate complex analysis into clear business recommendations for senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Support forecasting, target setting, and opportunity sizing for scaled growth programs.
  • Proactively identify areas for optimization and influence product and business strategy with data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or a related role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large, complex datasets.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and communicating findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Solid understanding of experimentation, A/B testing, funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and KPI design.

Preferred

  • Experience in growth analytics, consumer internet, technology, or digital product environments.
  • Proficiency in Python or R for advanced analytics, modeling, or automation.
  • Experience working with global products and multi-market growth strategies.
  • Familiarity with lifecycle marketing, performance marketing, user segmentation, and attribution analysis.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
