Job Summary

Own and scale Yoodli's customer advocacy and relationships, building sustainable programs around customer outcomes, partnerships co-marketing, reputation platforms, communities, and ongoing customer communications.

  • Define programs from scratch and scale them
  • Drive measurable impact on retention and advocacy

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build the advocacy program. Get to know Yoodli's most successful customers and create real opportunities for them to share their stories — on stage, in peer reviews, in conversations with prospective buyers. Build the systems that make this sustainable: how you identify the right people and match them to the right opportunities.
  • Capture and share customer outcomes. Work with customers to document what they've built with Yoodli — in their words, on their terms. Turn those outcomes into the formats that help other buyers understand what's possible: brief stories, quotes, stats, and proof points that show up across the website, in sales conversations, and in campaigns. Build the process that keeps this fresh and accurate over time.
  • Own partner co-marketing. Build and run the co-marketing motion for our Head of Partnerships' relationships. Joint campaigns, co-branded assets, approval cycles, webinar programming.
  • Own reputation and review platforms. G2, Capterra, TrustRadius, and other review surfaces. Create easy pathways for customers who want to share feedback publicly.
  • Run customer communities and events. Plan and program user groups, Customer Advisory Board, customer-only events, and recognition moments. Own the agenda, the content, and the relationships that make these moments genuinely useful for everyone.
  • Run customer communications. The monthly customer newsletter, milestone campaigns, adoption nudges, and the editorial calendar across customer touchpoints. Help customers get more value from Yoodli, not just more messages from us

Requirements

  • 7+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with a minimum of 3-5 years specifically dedicated to customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or customer success enablement
  • Track record of building customer marketing programs from scratch or scaling them through a growth stage, ideally at a Series B–D startup
  • Proven impact on a measurable customer outcome: Net Revenue Retention, expansion pipeline, advocacy program scale, or churn reduction
  • Hands-on experience running customer newsletters, advocacy programs, reference programs, and lifecycle campaigns
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills. You can find the angle in a customer story and turn it into something powerful.
  • Fluency in HubSpot or similar marketing automation. You design segments, build journeys, and pull reports without needing engineering or RevOps to do it for you
  • Working knowledge of customer success tooling and how to integrate marketing programs with CS workflows
  • Strong analytical skills. You interpret data, measure campaign ROI, and make data-driven decisions about where to invest
  • A modern, AI-forward approach to the work. You use AI tools to accelerate research synthesis, drafting, content production, and program iteration. AI is part of how you ship, not a tool you bolt on
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity. This is a new role at Yoodli, and you'll define what good looks like for several programs that don't have a home yet

Preferred

  • Experience marketing an AI, productivity, or experiential learning SaaS product
  • Background that spans both B2B customer marketing and B2C brand or community work
  • History at a company with a PLG plus enterprise motion, with a feel for how individual users and enterprise buyers interact
  • Experience building a customer advocacy or reference program from scratch, including the systems that prevent reference fatigue
  • Direct involvement in a community program (user groups, CAB, customer events) that produced measurable retention or revenue outcomes
  • Experience running review platforms (G2, Capterra) as a real demand and retention lever, not just a profile to maintain

Benefits

  • Health, dental, vision insurance
  • 401k plans
  • Flexible PTO, free lunches at the office

Storyboard

Founded in 2019, Storyboard helps trucking fleets reduce costs, improve compliance, and keep trucks moving.Storyboard’s AI workers handle the day-to-day work that typically falls on dispatch and operations teams—from idling and fuel-related tasks to HOS and other compliance requirements, as well as driver requests and updates—all in real time.Everything is delivered through a hands-free, voice-first system that works while drivers are on the road, so they stay focused and operations keep running.Instead of relying on calls, texts, and after-the-fact reports, fleets use Storyboard to handle work as it happens—reducing fuel waste, improving compliance, and taking pressure off their teams. We’re proud to be backed by CRV, Operator Partners, and the Slack Fund—investors who believe in our approach to helping fleets operate more efficiently without adding complexity.
