Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Leads the development and execution of integrated, digital-first marketing strategies aligned to Member business goals and category priorities.
  • Partners cross-functionally with Performance Marketing, Partner Marketing, Marketing Communications, Field Sales, and Merchant teams to align strategy, execution, and measurement.
  • Serves as the primary marketing partner for assigned enterprise Members, building trusted relationships and deep understanding of their business objectives.
  • Translates Member insights into actionable marketing plans, activation calendars, and campaign briefs.
  • Oversees end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment to strategy.
  • Defines success metrics and partners with analytics teams to track, analyze, and communicate campaign performance and post-promotional results.
  • Identifies insights and opportunities to optimize future programs and improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Prepares and delivers customer presentations, marketing recaps, and monthly or quarterly business reviews, synthesizing objectives, performance, and learnings to inform future plans.
  • Coordinates cross-functional teams to manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
  • Maintains a strong knowledge of digital and omnichannel marketing trends, translating best practices into actionable insights for Vendor Partners, Retailers, Field Representatives, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline
  • Seven (7) years of experience in shopper marketing, brand marketing, retailer marketing, account management, or a related field
  • Digital marketing experience across relevant channels

Preferred

  • Master’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline
  • Ten (10) years of experience in shopper marketing, brand marketing, retailer marketing, account management, or a related field
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing integrated marketing strategies for enterprise-level accounts
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing, including digital, social, point-of-sale, promotions, and sales enablement materials
  • Experience managing digital advertising platforms and evaluating campaign performance
  • Ability to apply shopper, consumer, and industry insights to drive marketing strategy and optimization
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Executive-level professionalism with strong presentation and communication skills
  • Understanding of creative processes and design best practices
