Job Summary

Own and shape end-to-end conference content for senior audiences by turning market insights into timely, high-impact agendas and speaker lineups, while ensuring on-target execution that links content with sponsorship and marketing goals.

  • Speaker & Stakeholder Management: Identify, recruit, and prep C-level and VP speakers; build executive relationships to sustain top-tier sessions.
  • Content Strategy & Delivery: Build relevant topics from market trends; refine programs with feedback and metrics; oversee on-site execution.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce compelling, commercially viable conference agendas
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify key industry trends, challenges, and opportunities
  • Identify and secure high-profile speakers (C-level, VP, Director-level)
  • Build timely and relevant conference topics aligned with audience demand
  • Continuously refine programs based on market feedback and performance metrics
  • Identify, recruit, and confirm industry-leading speakers
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and subject matter experts
  • Brief speakers and manage preparation to ensure high-quality session delivery
  • Analyze target industries (e.g., utilities, infrastructure, energy, smart cities) to shape event themes
  • Engage with key stakeholders to validate content direction

Requirements

  • 4–8+ years of experience in conference production, event production, or B2B content development
  • Proven experience producing commercial conferences or corporate training events
  • Experience working with senior-level executives and stakeholders
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to synthesize complex topics into compelling agenda themes
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and networking ability
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of event revenue drivers
  • Highly proactive and curious
  • Results-driven with strong ownership mindset
