Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Senior Community Manager. You will play a pivotal role in building and managing hivy's community of users by fostering engagement and communication within the platform. Responsibilities include developing strategies to grow and nurture the user base, moderating community interactions, organizing virtual events, and acting as the primary liaison between users and the hivy team. You will also gather feedback to inform product improvements and collaborate closely with internal teams.

• Content Creation and Communication: Strong skills in creating community-related content, copywriting, and fostering open communication channels.
• Strategic Thinking and Planning: Experience in planning campaigns or events to foster community growth and engagement.
• Analytics and Feedback Collection: Ability to analyze community metrics and provide actionable insights for improving user engagement.
• Adaptable Team Collaboration: Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of Prediction Markets and Decentralized Platforms: Familiarity with prediction markets, crypto, or financial trading platforms is a strong plus.
• Proactive Problem Solving: Strong decision-making skills and the ability to address unique community challenges effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
