Responsibilities

• Own Paid Social Execution
• Manage and execute paid social campaigns with a primary focus on Meta. Oversee campaign setup, pacing, optimization, and performance tracking. Partner with offshore teams to support executional workflows.
• Contribute to Strategy
• Support development of paid social strategies across multiple client accounts. Translate performance data into actionable insights and recommendations. Identify opportunities for testing, optimization, and growth.
• Be Client-Facing
• Participate in client communication, including performance updates and discussions. Help build trust by clearly articulating performance, insights, and recommendations. Support in presenting results and explaining strategic direction.
• Work Across Multiple Accounts
• Support ~3 client accounts, with a strong focus on a core account. Balance priorities and deliverables across programs in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally
• Partner with internal teams across media, analytics, and creative. Contribute to cross-channel insights and reporting

Requirements

• 2–4 years of paid social experience, with strong hands-on experience in Meta
• Experience managing campaigns in-platform, including setup, optimization, and reporting
• Comfort working in a client-facing capacity or strong potential to grow into it quickly
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make recommendations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across accounts
• Bias for action, curiosity, and problem-solving mindset
• Location requirement: This is a hybrid role based in Seattle (WA) or Brooklyn (NYC), with ~2 days/week in-office.
