Responsibilities

• Develop the overall Meta Ads strategy for StrouseHouse
• Manage between $10,000 and $25,000 in monthly ad spend
• Build, launch, manage, and optimize all Meta campaigns
• Create weekly content plans for our video and design teams
• Develop new offers, hooks, angles, scripts, and creative testing ideas
• Build landing pages and complete lead-generation funnels
• Create email and text follow-up sequences inside GoHighLevel
• Build and maintain tracking and attribution systems
• Monitor lead quality, booked appointment costs, show rates, and campaign-generated revenue
• Identify problems across the entire funnel and recommend solutions

Requirements

• At least three years of hands-on Meta Ads experience
• Experience working with GoHighLevel platform
• A proven record of generating B2B leads or high-ticket appointments
• Strong experience building landing pages and lead-generation funnels
• Experience building email and SMS automations inside GoHighLevel
• Strong understanding of Meta Pixel, Conversions API, attribution, and conversion tracking
• Ability to develop offers, creative strategies, and testing plans
• Ability to analyze the entire sales funnel, not only Ads Manager
• Strong written communication and weekly reporting skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of performance
