Job Summary

Own paid search execution and optimization, while ensuring clean operations and data-driven improvements across campaigns.

  • Campaign Management: Own day-to-day PPC setup, optimization, and performance updates for search campaigns.
  • Operations & Enablement: Maintain billing/reconciliation, QA checks, and reporting processes; mentor junior teammates.
  • Analysis & Asset Creation: Analyze query data to drive optimizations and lead keyword/ad-copy asset creation.

  • Responsibilities: Manage paid search campaigns: Oversee the implementation of day-to-day activities and provide updates to the team
  • Responsibilities: Billing: Support the team in monthly billing and reconciliation process and protocols
  • Responsibilities: Conduct analysis: Analyze search query data to identify optimization opportunities and make recommendations.
  • Responsibilities: Monitor performance: Track account performance, identify trends, and make necessary adjustments.
  • Responsibilities: Create assets: Lead the creation of paid search keyword and ad copy creation
  • Responsibilities: Support team members: Train and mentor junior team members and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Responsibilities: Contribute to reporting: Assist in the creation and analysis of performance reports.
  • Responsibilities: Quality Assurance: Act as a quality assurance check for the account and excel workbooks
  • Requirements: Relevant post-secondary education, training, or equivalent experience
  • Requirements: Minimum 2+ year relevant paid search management experience
  • Requirements: Hand on keyboard experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads
  • Requirements: Hand on keyboard experience with any bid management platform like Marin, SA360 or SKAI
  • Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft office software, most importantly excel
  • Requirements: Familiarity with AI buying agents such as Google/Bing Performance Max & Scripts
  • Requirements: Ability to quickly learn and apply new software and tools
  • Requirements: Strong analytical skills and ability to think critically, passion for A/B testing
  • Requirements: A results-driven professional with a passion for learning and a desire to success in a fast-paced agency setting
  • Requirements: Actively seeks out opportunities to learn and develop new skills
