Responsibilities

  • Drive Business Diagnostics & Market Insights: Investigate weekly performance variance and conduct deep, ad hoc analyses on acquisition, supply-demand balance, incentive efficiency, and market-level dynamics. This requires the ability to translate complex datasets into clear executive-ready narratives with actionable recommendations and proactively surface emerging risks and opportunities that may impact supply.
  • Serve as the end-to-end owner of the Dasher referrals acquisition channel: Lead forecasting, incentive strategy, and weekly spend allocation. Proactively identify volatility, risks, or structural inefficiencies.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner across Analytics, Product, Strategy & Ops, and Finance to align on targets, pacing, and roadmap priorities. Drive clarity and alignment on trade-offs to enable disciplined decision-making.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, consulting, technology, marketing, finance, or operations.
  • You are comfortable working with data, including writing SQL queries and building models in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • You have experience analyzing experiments or performance tests and translating results into recommendations.
  • You communicate clearly and can explain complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • You are organized, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
