Responsibilities

• Develop strategic, insight-driven creative concepts for social, digital, content, and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Design and execute high-quality creative assets across social media, video, presentations, and other digital channels.
• Create scalable content systems, templates, and design frameworks that enable efficient content production across teams.
• Translate marketing objectives, audience insights, and brand strategies into compelling visual storytelling.
• Serve as both a conceptual creative lead and hands-on designer throughout the creative development process.
• Partner closely with writers and art directors to develop integrated ideas and cohesive campaign experiences.
• Collaborate with Marketing Strategy, Brand, Social Media, Digital Experience, Clinical, Legal, and Accessibility teams to ensure creative meets business and stakeholder requirements.
• Present creative concepts, rationale, and recommendations confidently to stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization.
• Stay current on platform trends, emerging social behaviors, creator content, and best practices across major social and digital channels.
• Leverage AI-powered design and creative tools to enhance ideation, content creation, production efficiency, and workflow optimization.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual campaign thinking and high-quality execution across digital and social channels. Portfolio link required for consideration.
• Minimum of 5-7+ years of experience in art direction, visual design, social creative, or integrated marketing.
• 2+ years’ operating in a senior-level creative role with responsibility for leading projects independently.
• Proven ability to develop breakthrough creative ideas and translate them into effective, polished executions.
• Exceptional understanding of social media platforms, content behaviors, and audience engagement strategies.
• Strong visual storytelling, typography, layout, composition, and design system expertise.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), and presentation design.
• Familiarity with creator content, influencer marketing, and social content ecosystems.
• Experience building social design systems, content playbooks, or scalable content frameworks.
• Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.

Preferred

• Experience working within large, complex enterprise organizations.
• Background in healthcare, retail, or e-commerce communications
• Experience with motion design, short-form video, and content creation for social platforms.
• Familiarity with marketing resource management platforms such as Workfront.
