Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Data Management and Analysis:
  • - Develop and execute a comprehensive audience strategy for growth marketing.
  • - Identify   and evaluate new audience acquisition opportunities across paid and owned channels.
  • - Establish testing frameworks to assess channel performance and   optimize   conversions.
  • - Source and compile data from multiple repositories, ensuring data quality and consistency.
  • - Write complex SQL queries to manipulate large datasets, with a strong understanding of ETL processes.
  • - Monitor,   maintain , and troubleshoot existing ETL flows.
  • - Conduct comprehensive and replicable analyses to extract insights from data.
  • - Visualize data to tell a compelling story and make insights clear to any audience.
  • - Present insights internally to peers and departmental partners.

Requirements

  • 3+ years   of industry experience in analytics
  • Advanced SQL   proficiency —ability to independently query and transform data from complex, multi-source environments.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Experience using GitHub or similar version control platforms.
  • Proven experience with cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Ability to effectively visualize and present data to diverse groups.
  • A team-oriented mindset with a highly collaborative spirit.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
