Job Summary

Own paid search and commerce campaigns end to end, from keyword research and setup through trafficking, QA, and optimization, with clear chargeable outcomes and client-facing updates.

  • End-to-end campaign ownership: keyword research, ad group creation, copy/extensions, trafficking, QA, and launch across Google, Bing, AMS, and related platforms.
  • Performance and optimization: budget pacing, bid adjustments, competitive monitoring, and data-driven testing to hit objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Build paid search and commerce strategies across search engines and applicable platforms (Google, Bing, AMS) and related ad networks.
  • Monitor performance and optimize to meet business objectives through budgeting, pacing, and bid adjustments.
  • Gather and analyze keyword research to build new campaigns, group keywords into ad groups, and develop relevant ad copy and extensions.
  • Present recommendations and incorporate client feedback into keyword and copy proposals.
  • Upon campaign approval, build flowcharts and load buys into Prisma, and ensure QA of all campaign components prior to launch.
  • Generate paperwork for purchase authorization and secure vendor counter signatures; manage monthly billing and invoicing in Prisma.
  • Primary owner of trafficking approved plans into search engines and conducting pre-launch QA.
  • Active monitoring of budgets, pacing, and bid adjustments; advocate for campaign changes based on performance trends.
  • Ongoing performance and competitive landscape monitoring with testing plans (search query reports, negative keywords, overlap, testing implementations).
  • Pull data for reporting and develop strategic insights with clear, actionable items and data visualizations.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of paid media experience with a focus on Commerce.
  • Experience planning and buying across Google, Bing, AMS, Criteo, and other platforms.
  • Knowledge of Amazon, Walmart, Target platforms; AMS/AAP/Criteo and Google Ads familiarity preferred.
  • Experience in a client-facing capacity and using paid media to complement earned media campaigns.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

  • AMS platform, AAP platform, Criteo, and/or Google Ads experience is a plus.
  • Amazon Retail Analytics (ARA) and 3rd party digital shelf reporting (Clavis/EDGE) familiarity is a plus.
