Job Summary

Own end-to-end Amazon PPC performance, turning data-driven insights into optimized campaigns across Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display to maximize ROAS and reduce waste.

Campaign operations: Manage campaigns, bids, budgets, and targeting to meet KPIs.
Analytics and optimization: Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, daily monitoring, and data-driven decisions.
Collaboration and scaling: Work with creative teams, develop SOPs, and identify opportunities to automate and scale workflows.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end management of Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display).
Define and execute tactical strategies to reduce ad spend waste and improve ROAS.
Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and ongoing optimization.
Monitor campaign performance daily; adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to meet KPIs.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to test and iterate on high-performing ad assets.
Develop and maintain SOPs for campaign execution and reporting.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Identify and implement opportunities for automation and scaling.

Requirements

2–3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns with proven ROI impact.
Deep knowledge of Amazon Ads Manager and understanding of different ad types.
Highly proficient in Google Sheets/Excel; able to build pivot tables and analyze large data sets.
Strong analytical mindset; comfortable making data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred

Amazon Ads certification is a strong plus.
Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Brand Analytics, and third-party PPC tools (e.g., Helium 10, Perpetua) is a plus.
