Job Summary

Own and optimize end-to-end lifecycle programs across email, push, SMS, WhatsApp, and in-app for a 6–8 client portfolio, balancing onboarding, activation, engagement, win-back, and reactivation to drive retention and revenue.

Leadership: coach a two-person Retention Marketing Specialist pod and elevate team capabilities toward Propel leadership.
Delivery and QA: ensure every send meets strategy, copy, segmentation, deliverability, and measurement standards before launch.
Data-informed planning: translate cohort retention and flow revenue signals into concrete 30/60/90-day plans and coordinate with CDP/analytics and ESP partners.
