Responsibilities

• Lead Strategy: Serve as the primary strategic lead and brand champion for a portfolio of mid-market and small businesses.
• Drive Client Growth: Grow client revenue by identifying business opportunities and proactively proposing innovative digital solutions.
• Quarterback Execution: Collaborate with internal specialists to ensure campaigns are executed on time, on budget, and exceed performance benchmarks.
• Translate Data into Value: Analyze complex campaign metrics and translate them into clear, high-level business insights and narratives during QBRs and executive presentations.
• Mentor and Lead: Guide and mentor junior account team members, fostering a culture of excellence and strategic thinking.

Requirements

• Experience Required: 8+ years
• An Agency Veteran: You are an experienced account manager within a digital marketing agency serving small businesses. You know the fast-paced nature of agency life inside and out.
• A Strategic Mastermind: You possess a deep, working knowledge across the full digital spectrum—AI SEO, paid media, content strategy, marketing automation, and web development.
• An Exceptional Communicator: You can command a room, navigate difficult client conversations with grace, and confidently present to C-suite executives on a Zoom call.
• Commercially Astute: You have a proven track record of hitting targets and account growth milestones.
• Fearless use of new technology: We use Notion and Hemes to increase deliverables and strategy for our SMBs.
