Job Summary

Own the system-level CECP Data Center strategy, translating market signals into platform architectures, investments, and cross-functional alignment with product groups and sales.

  • System architecture ownership: define long-term data center power, compute, connectivity, analog, and sensing roadmaps with a global view.
  • Segment-to-product interface: shape reference architectures and inputs for product roadmaps while ensuring governance across functions.
  • Market-to-execution: translate CECP and data center trends into actionable inputs for sales, strategy, and investment decisions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the definition and execution of the CECP Segments with focus on Data Center’s long-term strategy, including system-level architecture vision across power, compute, connectivity, analog, and sensing domains.
  • Establish and maintain a system-view approach aligning customer requirements, application roadmaps, and ST’s technology investments.
  • Define priority application spaces, platforms, and reference architectures.
  • Develop deep understanding of the global CECP Segment with focus on Data Center market and emerging architectures.
  • Assess ST’s competitive positioning versus key competitors.
  • Translate market trends into actionable product and technology inputs.
  • Serve as primary interface between the segment and Product Groups.
  • Provide structured inputs into product roadmaps and long-term investment decisions.
  • Support sales organizations in strategic customer engagements.
  • Lead system architecture discussions at senior customer levels when required.

Requirements

  • 15+ years in Data Center, Cloud, Enterprise Infrastructure, or HPC ecosystems.
  • Deep, proven, knowledge on Data Center power delivery architectures, topologies and applications.
  • Consolidated knowledge on power semiconductor devices and technologies with focus on DC-DC and AC-DC power delivery systems.
  • Strong system-level technical expertise.
  • Proven ability to influence product strategy.
  • Executive-level customer engagement experience.

Preferred

  • Experience with leading semiconductor or data center ecosystem players.
  • Analog power design experience at IC and/or system level.
  • CPU VR (multiphase plus SPS) power delivery validation experience.
  • Experience on power delivery requirements for AI infrastructure.
  • Combination of technical depth and market insight.
