Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage SEO strategy for multiple clients simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables align with specific industry benchmarks and unique business goals.
  • Lead monthly and quarterly performance reviews, translating technical metrics into plain language narratives that demonstrate ROI and strategic value.
  • Partner with content, web development, and paid media teams to ensure a holistic approach to digital visibility and user experience.
  • Perform deep-dive technical audits focusing on crawlability, indexability, site speed (Core Web Vitals), and mobile-first optimization.
  • Implement and manage advanced schema markup to enhance SERP presence through rich snippets and improved entity recognition.
  • Provide technical oversight for website migrations, ensuring the preservation of organic equity through meticulous redirect mapping and post-launch validation.
  • Conduct advanced keyword research and competitive gap analysis to identify high-intent opportunities across the marketing funnel.
  • Analyze user behavior data to recommend on-page adjustments that improve task completion and lead generation.
  • Utilize Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and third-party tools (e.g., Semrush) to monitor organic health.
  • Build and maintain automated, interactive dashboards using Looker Studio to provide real-time visibility into KPIs.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably within an agency environment managing multiple accounts.
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Must reside in the United States (Eastern or Central time zones preferred for client alignment).
