Responsibilities

• Perform a comprehensive audit of Website structure, technical SEO, and performance
• Perform a comprehensive audit of On-page optimization
• Perform a comprehensive audit of Local SEO presence (Google Business Profile, maps, citations)
• Perform a comprehensive audit of Backlink profile
• Perform a comprehensive audit of Competitor positioning in the pool/outdoor living space
• Perform a comprehensive audit of Social media alignment with SEO
• Analyze current lead sources and conversion paths
• Identify ranking gaps and revenue opportunities

Requirements

• 7+ years of proven SEO strategy experience
• Demonstrated success with local service businesses and high-ticket services ($100k+ sales)
• Experience in construction, home services, outdoor living, or similar industries strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, schema, Core Web Vitals, and modern ranking factors
• Experience with competitive local markets
• Able to interpret analytics and tie SEO performance directly to revenue impact
• Portfolio of measurable results (case studies required)
