Owns the social content pipeline for Karma Salon, including capturing weekly in-salon content, creating cross-platform posts, and refining strategy to boost reach and bookings.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Visit the salon weekly (1–2 times) to capture photo and video content
Create and edit engaging Instagram Reels, TikToks, and Facebook posts
Develop creative content ideas aligned with current trends and salon branding
Schedule and publish posts consistently across platforms
Write captions and calls-to-action designed to attract new clients
Highlight stylists, services, transformations, and behind-the-scenes moments
Monitor engagement and adjust content strategy to increase reach and bookings
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, especially in the beauty industry

Requirements

Experience managing social media accounts (preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle)
Strong skills in content creation, video editing, and storytelling
Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook business tools
Ability to work independently and bring fresh, creative ideas
Understanding of branding and audience engagement strategies
Reliable transportation to attend in-salon content days

Preferred

Experience working with salons, stylists, or beauty brands
Knowledge of trending audio, hashtags, and platform algorithms
